Tom Selleck voice work

#1 Post by only looking »

I just saw a commercial for gorving.com and this guy had this VERY familiar voice..it was none other than Tom Selleck. I've hear him do voice work for the NRA, Orange juice, and Beef..it's whats for dinner. What other ones can you think of he has done.
It made me do it Higgins!!!

"Beef, it's what's for dinner" is Sam Elliott unless there is one that TS did I don't know about. I swear, every time I go to the Grocery Store now they are playing Tom's Florida Orange Juice spot. It definitely puts a smile on my face and I stand a tad bit taller, especially if I happen to be wearing one of my Paradise Found Parrot shirts!

I should have done a better job on the description on the beef, I believe it was beef commercial but not the one with the "What's for dinner"..I can' remember exactly other than it was a "beef" commercial..If that makes sense? :?

He also does the V/O for the National Fatherhood Alliance.... coincidentally enough that I am posting this on father's day. He was also in "Meet The Robinsons"

(Our Agency does that work)

He also does one for the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
I first saw it last year while watching college softball and baseball.
It is still running this year during NCAA sporting events.

Didn't he do some AT&T commercials in the early 90s?

In 1993, Tom narrated a great space program documentary, The Practical Guide to the Universe which aired on TLC, back when it was the intelligent "The Learning Channel." Selleck also appears on camera--but I still count it!
