I added Rick's famous frayed straw cowboy hat. I can't think of anything else for him, but I'm tempted put up one of these....
It's seems like every other scene he is in, he's on the phone!

Platform shoes.
He's got some MEGA heels on some of his shoes. See earlier seasons, like 2.
But then again, that was the style back in the day.
I remember my uncle having a pair like that

Nice job on the hat.
I wonder if the KKC phone was the same type throughout the show. Using it to talk to Icepick was very important for many cases.
Come to think of it, didn't Higgins have a red phone for direct calls from Robin Masters?

Does anyone know where to get ahold of an Island Hoppers T-shirt? I know they pop up on Ebay from time to time....

I could be wrong, but I believe they were the "cuban heel" style shoes.
I just thought of something else for Orville -
tight-fitting designer jeans ! He used to wear 'em all the time in the early years. You know, Rick's "gear" would make for a cool Halloween costume. "Mix-n-Match Rick" - Frayed, straw cowboy hat, polo shirt, Team Ring, tight designer jeans, cuban heel shoes, and then carry around a rotary dial desk phone! I may just do that next year!

Not to be picky about the Island Hopper t-shirts, but TC's shirts have the logo on front & back, plus they have a pocket.

I don't think TC's IH shirts always had a pocket. I seem to recall that he wore a tank top w/ the logo too...

For Rick, don't forget all his blue shirts (all shades of blue) with white collar and cuffs, both long- and short-sleeved. Plus the self-fabric "epaulets" on the shoulders. And his nearly-Mr. T gold necklace.

I like the rubber chicken, but I don't know if it's realistic. Besides, it's only 23" and it seems everyone these days goes with 50 inchers.

After further review...
It appears there were multiple chickens used...

How about these few items that belonged to TM
- pac man video game
- black rubber flip-flops with the blue strap
- dark green hooded bathrobe
Having said that, the list you all have contributed in compiling is absolutely amazing. For the above, I have no clue yet where to find them.
