Nice find Sam, very good to see him again. He looks like a kindly grandfather who could tell many a good story. :)

Exactly. Kinda looks like I remember my grandfather looking. Great find!

Wow. There he is!

He needs a Robin-2 plate for his scooter!

I wonder what the old dog gets up to these days.
Does anyone know if he ever married?

Nice to see the JH picture this month, although it's tough to see him today (and not like he was pre-1988). I don't know what JH's motion problems are but having both scooter and a van for mobility must make life a lot easier. Our minister's husband is a lower-leg amputee from an accident, and I think he uses the same scooter, only in red.

Although it was 'interesting' to see his posted home here, I find that just a little bit creepy.

Someone said they live close to him. Well, one of the best friends that DeForest Kelley ever had started out as a Star Trek fan who went to say hello and helped him and his wife immeasurably in later years. So you never know...

The executives at Universal could still write Hillerman into the MPI script. So what if he's rollin on a scooter? Isn't Higgins like 91 by now?

Yes Higgins "is" that age. But I imagine him as a rather "young" 91, still tending his orchids, bugging Magnum, and keeping Robin's Nest going - at least in the Magnum universe of 2010 (just read my stories!).

Was watching Biography tonight "Betty White" and saw clips of "The Betty White Show" from 1977-78 with John Hillerman in the 14 episodes of the comedy show.

If they finally make a Magnum P.I movie i've found Hillerman's substitue!
I'm a fan of french soccer team Losc (Lille Olympique Sporting Club) and on the iphone's app i saw that one director of the team named Jérôme Lestir does actually look like Higgins!

Agatha: Why does he always do that, Jonathan?
Higgins: I don't know, Agatha. I think sometimes our creator is testing me. Indeed it could be for no other reason. If i thought otherwise i believe i truly would go irrevocably irretrievably mad!
