Also known as cuff bracelet. I know because when I searched up "cuff bracelet for mens" in Google, it shows bracelets pretty similar to what Magnum wears.

oh by the way, I'm in a Magnum PI Facebook group and one of the members named John actually has Tom's POW/MIA bracelet as well as one of his Rolex Pepsis (apparently, according to John, there are several Rolex Pepsis used in the show, not sure why though, but I assume it's just in case it got lost, broken or stolen) and Larry's team ring, Even showed actual evidence of him (John) owning those things
