Oahu (Magnum) Pics
I thought it would be nice to have a thread where people can post some of their Oahu pics, particularly those that involve "Magnum Locations".
Since I don't have any myself, I'll start it off with these wonderful pictures from a fellow MPI fan, Michael Heenan (2007).
Byodo-In Temple
Hotel Street (strip clubs now gone)
St. Andrews Cathedral
The Parke Chapel
Thanks for these great pics Michael!

I'm right there with SelleckLover, James........I have some photos from my 2007 visit, but am "digitally challenged",well actually, I always say I am just a couple of steps above using a number 2 pencil, a tablet and an abicus when it comes to computers. Could you post instructions on exactly how we get pictures to imbed in the body of the message...
Thanks...

I have some from a trip a few months ago but almost all are in my other computer which is busted
right now and I can't find the discs. A have a few, not so spectacular pics I can post for now, but
have been compressed into Facebook mode.
Me and my bro in the tidal pool at Robin's Nest.
The car park at Kaiona Beach Park, which is 100m from Robin's Nest.
The familiar beach of Kaiona Beach Park near the Estate. Great beach because it's secluded and really only used by the locals.
Makai Research Pier. TC's Island Hoppers! Just before you get to the Estate.
Approaching Waimanalo with Sea Life Park in the background. The Estate is up around the bend not much farther.
The famous Hanauma Bay. Blue Hawaii with Elvis was filmed here.
Sunset Beach on the North Shore.
Yokohama Bay beach. Near the most northwest part of Oahu at Kaena Point. This beach is the perfect setting,
great surfing and sand. Deserted on weekdays.
Kualoa Ranch. Magnum, Jurassic Park, Lost filmed here.
Waikiki War Memorial Natatorium. "Death and Taxes" filmed here.
The battleship USS Missouri at Pearl Harbor
The stern of the Missouri looking towards Pearl Harbor naval facilities and the airstrip on Ford Island.
This original control tower was also used in film Tora, Tora, Tora, and the recent film Pearl Harbor.
The current aircraft museum is beside it.
Almost the same angle from 7 Dec 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor. This pic is just left of the above one
but you can see the same buildings. The water tower
isn't there anymore though and the control tower is just out of the photo.

Wow, fantastic pics Ice Pick! Thanks for sharing!
SelleckLover/Steve, to post pics in the forum you have to upload them to a host (like 'imageshack') then link to them with the [img] tag. If you want, you can send them to me and I'll host them for you.

Thanks for posting the link for the more detailed instrux, but I don't know the definitons of some of the words this guy uses. Like "buffer" and "URL"??????
I'm just one step above a steno pad and a #2 pencil too, like Steve...LOL! And what's worse, is we had to get a new printer and I don't know how to scan stuff with it. You'll just have to take my word for it that I have Hawaii pictures! LOL
