What would you want and why? This could be something from the set, or a MPI related item, anything as long as it's related to MPI.

Probably the Estate.

Then I'd get Erin Gray to check my security.

The wicker chair and the Gauguin-like painting from the guesthouse. ;)
Higgins: It's not a scratch! It's a bloody gouge!

Hmmmm...

First off...

1) The Ferrari (although from what I've heard of the exploits of Larry Mannetti, it's not that reliable).

2) The Surf Ski

3) The guest house mini fridge! Do you know how much that thing was used over the years?!!! And all that it was ever stocked with was Coops, Hot Dogs, various chili ingredients, and on occaision, milk.

How the heck TM wasn't dead by Season 8 is beyond me......

Number 1) The Estate. I would fix it up, put a Magnum look-a-like mannequin with a Detroit Tigers Cap over his face on a hammock on the porch of the boat house for the fans that make the trek to see Robin's Nest.
Number 2) One of the actual Ferrari's used on the show (to park on The Estate).
Number 3) I think I can be happy with just the first two on the list........

1) The estate. I will buy that place someday and when I do I guarantee I will open it to the public at least one day a month. Going to remodel it too so it fits the show.

This is definitely on my list too! Actually if taken care of properly, they can be realiable cars. My inlaws have one and when we went to visit them, for a straight week I was driving a Ferrari (they insisted I didn't rent a car, I didn't mind). I totally felt like Magnum, it was awesome!

Besides the 308 I'd LOVE the estate. I think that'd be the cats a$$!

Also, I'd love the KKC yacht. You can't live in Hawaii and not have a boat!

Judith Chapman!

(She was the guest actress in "The Black Orchid" and "The Woman On The Beach.")

Everything listed thus far...plus T. C.'s chopper. Adding to Tanaka's idea of creating the perfect theme park for MPI fans to visit. It is after all our Mecca. Then to have the original cast come for a reunion.

Besides the obvious ones like the Estate and cars I'd love to have the Bridge, cannon, and the painting of Her Majesty. Ohhhh....and the rubber chicken, with tape around neck!

I'd have to say:

1. Higgins' Bridge on the River Kwai;
2. Magnum's .45;
3. Team Ring;
4. The photo of Higgins and General Montgomery from WWII;
5. Higgins' Regimental patch of the Prince of Whales West Yorkshire Regiment;
6. Higgins' Regimental Tie;
7. Robin's red telephone;
8. The painting of the "bearded lady" (for lack of a better description) in Higgins' study; and
9. The letter from Abraham Lincoln from the episode "Going Home" if it really existed.
The answer is obvious, old man. Logic is irrelevant. It's simply Tropical Madness. (J.Q. Higgins)

i wasn't sure where to ask this, so i will here

what do you think the market value of the estate would be? and how much of a premium (presuming it would add a premium) would the show have added to it?
