Remember, the episode was from October 1984. So the yacht has to be an 1984 or older!

Hi Guys,
Found the episode, "Under World". While there is a banner tied to the back of the boat, I think it plays into the story line. Rick is pretending to be an officer from the NTSB investigating the helicopter crash site while in view of a policeman on the dock. The banner is placed over the boat's name " King Kamehameha II" to obscure it from the officer's vision.
