Fun! Thanks for sharing. Had to laugh at the question of him living in Apple Valley - I think every realtor in California tells their clients Tom Selleck has a house in this area - what ever area they represent.

He is so genuine and humble. He never seems to wear that "celebrity hunk" status comfortably. IMO, that is his most endearing quality.
