I'll be honest, I'm not sure I could have returned it!

Me neither, although the guilt would have got to me after a while!

Thanks for posting, James!

Yeah, that would have been a tough call...return it or hold on to something special! I'm sure we'd all return it...right?

I agree. Magnum would've done the same thing!

Well, Magnum would have returned it, but he would have had Rick track down the signature of this Selleck guy and prob. have TC do the phone calling.

Magnum would have returned his own shirt? ;)

But seriously, what I can't figure out is how they were able to steal the shirt without being spotted?! Surely the cases arn't that easy the open, no? And how did it end up at a Goodwill store? These people stole the shirt and then donated it to Goodwill?? :?

And to think, I would have gotten away with it if I only hadn't had that 5th Mai Tai, opened the display case, taking the shirt thinking it was a coat rack, then stopped at that darn gas station on the way back to the Hilton where I was jumped by a midget (little person) and a sumo wrestler that ripped the shirt off of me tearing the back and popping some buttons!!!!!

LOL Steve! :)

Just think if one of us was there when the perp tried to steal the shirt, THE MAGNUM SHIRT! What would you have done? I probably would have run over there, beer still in hand, and clobbered the guy! I wouldn't think, just react. A primal instinct would have taken over to save the Magnum shirt! ;)

BTW, here is a picture of the shirt (and cap) as it appeared at the Honolulu Hard Rock before it was stolen:

I wonder if the cap was stolen, too?

That is one ugly display case!

It would probably be Burt Reynolds' shirt in the Magniverse.
Reynolds would be star of Colt, P.I. in which Burt Colt, an ex-Army Special Forces soldier has become a private investigator. It would be set in Alaska. He'd drive a Porsche. He'd live on a ranch with two German Shepards and a French majordomo named Monsieur Huguet.

That's not a wallet. That's the cover to Van Halen's aptly titled Diver Down album. I also recognize the cover to the left with the baby on it, but it's name escapes me at the moment.
