Re: The Robin Masters Estate (Pahonu)
Corporations out of Delaware are VERY common as their state laws are very accommodating. Many multi-state domestic and international companies will incorporate or establish business through Delaware without really operating in the state... That said, I believe that a company name used as the owner o...

Re: The Robin Masters Estate (Pahonu)
Definitely not much can be seen through that!!! Wow. Doesn't seem to be "prepped for marketing" at all. In an effort to be nice, maybe it's more camouflage than neglect?

Re: The Robin Masters Estate (Pahonu)
It's been a while since I looked at the sketch-up model of the house, but my comments were really tainted by the thoughts of a previous statement about the inside needing to be virtually gutted and redone. In thinking that, I was naturally presuming the configuration of the rooms would be changed. H...

Re: The Robin Masters Estate (Pahonu)
As all the posts (subsequent to my last one) address to some degree is the fact that the shape of the house allows for circulation of air. Obviously pre air conditioning homes had that. All other facets of the shape and configuration of the house make sense for their time. That's the issue exactly. ...

Re: The Robin Masters Estate (Pahonu)
As an appraiser and financial analyst, I have to wonder, "What is the real deal with this?"... At least, where and what the value really is. This would likely fit into the area between a "story" and an "investment opportunity"... I love the estate, the show, and it's got a cool story to the place, b...

Re: Why? Why did the series end?
I suspect that Tom Selleck's overall career goal was to become a top-tier movie star. I think Mr. Selleck really loved and appreciated his time on Magnum, but at some time, Mr. Selleck needed to use Magnum as a springboard into his larger career goal on the big screen. I recall that he attempted to...

Re: Seasons 1-4 are Superior to Seasons 5-8
Another pitfall of the aging show is "The Agenda".... Two shows that this is most apparent: M*A*S*H* and Quincy, ME. Both shows got to be full of themselves at some point, and it always seemed to be the cause of the week in the later seasons. Though I am and was a fan of both shows, I have little to...

Re: Netflix No Longer Carrying Magnum P.I.
Instant seems fine, as I just watched a few seconds of an episode.. Maybe the discs in rotation are getting beat up and they've pulled them.

Re: The Files of Kenji, Staff Gardner - Robins Nest
Great idea, but we need this to be structured differenrly than a typical thread... All the Kenji posts need to be stickied together with the comments following... I don't know how is best to do it, but the continuity is going to more challenging if this thing goes for a while...
Just my $0.02...

Re: Mad Buck Gibson (2.9)
The best part of this episode were the guest stars and the fact that I FINALLY got to watch it. When I went from epsides 1.1 through 8.13 last Summer, Netflix had this one messed up on the watch instantly links... I checked it this morning and it was the right episode!!! Finally finished the one epi...

She was also in Mr. Majestyk with Bronson. That makes her ok in my book. ;) Great movie. Quick search result - "Vince Majestyk (Charles Bronson) is a former U. S. Army Ranger instructor and Vietnam War veteran who now owns a remote watermelon farm in rural Colorado" Watermelons? Colorado? Really? A...

I agree with the neckhair/beard, but the striking part of the look TS had were the red eyes... They were very red and irritated. Better than most 80's shows!!!!
