Re: Jay Hernandez
Combing through the pages for more info on this reboot. Jay Hernandez is 5'9". Um, that's a good half foot shorter than Selleck!! Also means I'm now taller than Magnum at 6 ft ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Re: CBS orders Magnum PI pilot!
OK, I just found out that the Estate is being demolished and was crushed. I decided to come here (have been having log-in issues for awhile) to see about info on that to find that a reboot is taking place!! I'm going to need to sit down and absorb all of this! Can anyone grab me an Old Dussl...

Re: What beer did they drink on the show?
I'm from Maryland, near Annapolis. Anyway, I can heartily rec. a couple of local breweries from here if you're looking for a German-style beer brewed in MD. First is Wild Goose, the second and much closer to me now is Evolution (EVO) brewery. Evo being my new favorite, esp their Rise Up Stout. Just ...

Re: Robin's Jimmy and TC's helicopter
I don't know if this has been talked about before, I couldn't find it in a quick search, but does anyone else find the similar color schemes of Robin Master's Jimmy and T.C.'s helicopter odd? It may have been helpful from a theme and psychological standpoint - that there was a consistent look to th...

Closest Tigers Hat I've seen...
I know soem are looking for a vintage hat. This isn't it but I stumbled on it-it's a replica of the 1984 cap (no logo and the underbrim should be dark green). Only differnce is the WS patch on the side, which hopefully could be removed. :) http://shop.mlb.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3068295&cp=1...

Hi guys! Made it to the museum the other day and snapped these pics. Oddly thee was also a dog tag with Thomas Magnum on it of course. It was behind the glass (obviously) so I couldn't quite get all the info on the tags. Anyway, the pics... http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o132/perfectlykevin/004-...

Nigel Thornberry
Was mentioned by Higgins in the episode "Under World" (watched it last night). When I heard the name, it made me laugh as it's the name of one of the characters on tv's Rug Rats cartoon and The Wild Thornberry movie. :) Remember the cartoon from when my son was younger. Is there a connection to the ...

Steinhart and Debaufre are essentially the same watch company, or were until fairly recently. Beware the 44mm is a pretty huge watch though, where as the 42mm is still pretty big but more wearable. Either one though will give you years of great use and no worries in the water. I wouldn't recomend go...

The guys at the local place (kine beerheads) recomended Mauibrewingco.com instead of the Longboard stuff. They said the Maui stuff is authentic HI, whereas the LB is brewed in the continental US for the contiguous states. :( I've sampled both and prefer the Maui stuff too (though not in longnecks he...
