Re: Hawaii Five-O: Any Fans?
I'm currently up to season 7 of classic Hawaii Five O and really enjoying it. There are very few turkey episodes in the whole run and compared to modern TV, it's light years better . Absolutely right on!! Even the "lesser" episodes were still better than its peers on television at the time. And as ...

Re: Thank Heaven for Little Girls and Big Ones Too (1.4)
Same girl in both episodes... I don’t think that’s the same person at all. They’re faces are significantly different. Are you guys talking about Rebecca Holden from "Missing in Action" and the girl who played Roxanne (?) from "Thank Heaven for Little Girls.." being the same girl? I don't think ther...

Re: Thank Heaven for Little Girls and Big Ones Too (1.4)
Roxanne is gorgeous, hope you like this pic. Magnum has such beautiful actresses. Still can't pin down this girl's name but I'm sure I've seen her on other tv series. There was another gal on another episode, it was the episode where she was put into hypnosis by a pendulum, can't recall the episode...

Re: A truly vile individual comes knocking on your door...
Well this is anticlimactic. Virtually same list I ended up with except for Disc 6. There goes getting into a huge pointless argument over something today. Hope you are well. How far have you progressed? Season 2, Disc 1 ------------------------ Billy Joe Bob Season 2, Disc 2 -----------------...

Re: Mannix
I was watching "The Ten Commandments" (1956) on ABC last week and while deep diving in the credits noted they listed Clint "Cheyenne" Walker and one Touch Connors. Touch of course being Mike Connors, playing an Amalekite herder, Walker the Sardinian captain of the guard. I just reread this entire M...

Re: Magnum location YouTube channel
Great channel and videos! Huge amount of time and effort 👏🏼 Thanks for watching! A new video will be out tomorrow afternoon. Aloha, Kelly How come the channel isn't coming up for me? It says it's unavailable. I'm late to the party here. That's odd, I am getting an error message now too. I went to t...

Re: The Andy Griffith Show
I would also add Hawaii Five-O into the Andy-verse! After all, Big Chicken first tried to rob the Mayberry Bank and then later ran into the Taylors when they visited Hollywood. After that, Big Chick set sail for Hawaii where he got entrenched in the drug and hippie scene, spouting off cool and hip ...

Re: Operation: Silent Night (4.10)
...but from what I can remember from the original run there were no other episodes that came close to being this awful. Wait until you get to Birds of A Feather. And no offense to our Patchismo ad-man, but Tran Quoc Jones is horrible as well. I don't get the hate for Tran Quoc Jones. It was a middl...

Re: The Return of Luther Gillis (4.16)
I had to google "Dutch Angle", and lo and behold, the search results are displayed at a slight angle. Who knew google had a sense of humor? https://i.imgur.com/NU18fPll.jpg WOW! :) That's so cool. I had to do it myself to make sure and sure enough my search results appeared at an angle. :) EDIT: By...

Re: The Return of Luther Gillis (4.16)
Ivan, You have now compelled me to go back and watch this episode today. If there was a Scrung-o emoji, I would give you five out of five on the Scrung-o scale for your post. Somewhere on these boards somebody once claimed that the actor playing Scrung-o appeared on a Hawaii Five-0. I have yet to s...

Re: The Return of Luther Gillis (4.16)
The Return of Luther Gillis Saw this one for the very first time and really enjoyed it. Actually even more (I think) than the first Luther Gillis episode. The first one just had Eugene Roche but this one also has the added bonus of Sheree North as Blanche. I didn't even count on enjoying her as muc...

Re: R.I.P. Wings Hauser
Wings was something of a minor action star in the late 80s and early 90s in a slew of direct-to-video fare. I remember visiting small local video stores in the 90s (remember those? I don't mean Blockbuster) and seeing some of his B-movies on the shelf.

Re: 40th Anniversary Watch Party
Still watching along too (see my post above about my thoughts on season 5) with only 2 more to go. Haven't seen "Torah Torah" yet but looking forward to it because I'm a big fan of Nehemiah Persoff, who coincidentally only passed away 3 years ago at the ripe young age of 102!
