Hey James, I think I came up with someother ones. In "Basket Case", in the closing sequence, we find out that the foster parents are in the middle of pilfering the living room, and after the mother throws the statuette, Willie is devastated. Higgins assure her that they are all cheap imitations that...

This would have been another good one to have produced.

Excellent synopsis!

What about Larry Manetti?

From posts I've read, he sounds like a pretty accesible guy.

(Just throwing it out there)

What about Joey?

In 8 years, Magnum has NEVER mentioned that he had a brother except for about 5 mins in one episode?

I wouldn't technically call it a flub, but it is odd.

We know TC has brothers and a family in NO, Rick has a sister and is adopted, the Higgins brood, etc.

Yeah, nutty as a fruitcake.

However, this episode has one of the best resolutions in the series.

The whole scene where all the students think its an act, AWESOME

I could have sworn that it WAS the Marquise who did it, as I thought he dropped a little hint about it. On my next round through Season 2, I'll have to remember to check for that. I remember first watching that I thought it was Katrina who did it, but how could she have gotten off the grounds (prior...

Jim "Mac" Bonnick

Hi all, As I said in my post in the "least favorite episodes" thread, I'm not a big fan of Jim Bonnick. Whenever he enters the life of the four main characters, something almost ALWAYS goes wrong, and he ends up benefitting from it. However, looking at Bonnick and the way he's written, there are act...

OK, Here are some of my least favorites: "The Taking of Dick McWilliams" "By Its Cover" "Two Birds of a Feather" "Find Me a Rainbow" and "Photo Play" for the Shelley Faraday character who I want to throw a brick at. I was going to say any episode with Jim "Mac" Bonnick in it (save Mac's Back), but n...

Nope, $45 for one script is enough for me.

Go for it!

Hey Klaus, The syndicated version is a version that is meant to run on its own. i.e. the original episode of Ki's don't Lie was designed to run before the Simon and Simon crossover episode "Emeralds Are Not a Girls Best Friend", as they both tied in together. At the end of the original episode of "K...

Well, Magnum was on when I was a kid, and was actually the least of my "Big 4" rotation (Knight Rider, A-Team, Dukes of Hazzard, Magnum). So, in the late 90's, when they started showing reruns of all the old school TV shows, I realized that the other 3 aren't as great when you aren't 5. However, Mag...

So which Magnum character are you?

Yes, yet another Doc Ibold post that may or may not have anything to do with anything... But, in your opinion, which Magnum PI character do you feel most represents you? Magnum? Higgins? TC? Rick? Myself, I would probably say Higgins, with a little bit of Rick and TC thrown in. Higgins: I live a pre...

Am I one of the only people who finds any character that Cassie Yates plays in the Magnum-verse completely ANNOYING?

Kiss of the Sabre was OK, but the character she played in Photo Play drove me nuts.

I watched "On Face Value" last night, and I believe he was shot in the shoulder there as well.

(I originally thought it was the forearm, but on closer inspection, there is a bloodstain on his shoulder after he shoots the Kiedash brothers)

Hey golfmobile. I'd be totally willing to share, but, unfortunately, I don't have access to a scanner to do that. (I wouldn't have charged you guys anyhow) In terms of the $45 spent, I would say it was totally worth it. Its almost like I have a brand new episode in my head. The odd part is, I can al...
