I love all of these moments.

I'm most moved by Frank Sinatra at the end of Laura. Something about watching someone as iconic as Sinatra in such a sad, tender moment. I cry every time.

I also agree about when he can't kill Kwan. Wow.

We set it up to DV-R just in case I forget, cuz I often forget when things are airing. I'm so excited!

I think this is one of the most moving episodes of the series. The choices he makes at the end are heart-wrenching. In some respect, it works out (with at least Lily), but to have to make that decision. I dunno. This episode truly affected me. I get chills thinking about it.

When I think of funny scenes on Magnum, the first that always comes to mind for me is Carol Channing in Distant Relative. I just smile whenever I think about it. There's also this waitress in that scene that rolls her eyes at Magnum, and she's really funny too. It's such a great build up to the next...

I was just thinking about Jerry Reed yesterday. I thought I had this movie on a cheap dvd, but I haven't seen my copy floating around, so I probably just thought I had it (happens, we have way too many movies!)... If I wasn't in school, I'd be running to watch it. Unfortunately this site is my stop ...

Oh my god, I just watched this movie and didn't even notice that was Tom Selleck! Where was I during this scene? Here's my review: http://madefortvmayhem.blogspot.com/2010/04/case-of-rape-1974.html I'm gonna have to update it with the TS info! Thanks for this Waverider! I also agree, it's a harrowin...

I believe it's Moseley's page. A couple of months back he talked about a dinner he went to honoring his work. He sent out invites and posted about it afterwards. I'm not sure a fan would have been aware of the event before it happened... That's always a concern though. Like, maybe it is them, but th...

Erin Gray @ Dragon*Con http://www.cnn.com/2010/SHOWBIZ/09/06/dragoncon.celebrities/?hpt=Mid Iconic! I saw this article the other day. What a great idea she came up with. I met her at a Friday the 13th convention and she is SO nice and we talked for a bit about Digger Doyle, although don't ask me ex...

I watched a couple of Trapper Johns on Hulu after Pernell Roberts passed away earlier this year. There's a TON on there. I should go back and watch some more. Thanks for the reminder.

Why isn't Lou Grant and Trapper on DVD? It blows me away.

Blind Date though is the best movie ever! Never seen it. But mentioning it ahead of Die Hard (the first one) is madness! Madness I tells ya! :) I love Die Hard too. I only saw it once when it came out and really liked it, but then didn't see it again until last year. It was so totally amazing. I ha...

I have a real love/hate relationship with Bruce. When Moonlighting first aired, I thought he was the cutest thing ever. But I got tired of his constant mugging. He must have felt my dislike because than he became the super serious guy like in the Sixth Sense and I just wanted the silly, mugging Bruc...

I was also someone who thought of Lou Grant as an adult show but watched Trapper John a lot as a kid. There is this funny episode of Trapper I just saw where Gonzo is looking at an X-ray and says, "Her electrolytes are low." Can you tell if someone's electrolytes are low via an X-ray? Hilarious. I m...

Hey Dervish!

Thanks for the info. I don't think we get Family Net here. I looked at the schedule and saw Lou and Trap is on EVERY weeknight. Darn. I would love to see them... Oh well... Hopefully, we'll get it soon enough.

I'm so going on Hulu this week to get some Lou Grant love! :)
