I think you could do a large...i own the jungle bird at the large size and I was at 200 a few years ago before giving up sweets. Never been fat and had that waist size back then.

This is great...I have wanted this shirt for a while. Now if Puma would only make the correct easy riders. For those questioning size I am 6-01, 165 and have other paradise found shirts that are a large. They are not tight and feel just right to me...maybe a little on the big side but not much at all.

The one in "Memories" is a cotton shirt while the one in this particular episode is more polyester in nat...

This is just a guess.... but based on TM's attire I will suggest she may be the lady he pulls his gun on in the back alley at the end of "On Face Value" from season 4. I have no way to verify that right now but that's my best guess.
