Icepick, really nice photo there. Whenever I see that part of the estate I always think of TM sitting on the wall, drinking his beer with tears in his eyes at the beginning of "Mac's Back". For some reason that scene really gets me. TS is such an underrated actor. http://www.magnum-mania.com/images/...

Very cool Coops . Living in Orlando, I get to see a lot of the space program. We have a time share on Coca Beach (45 minutes from Orlando) and the last two years we got to see the Shuttle go up while at Cocoa Beach. We can see it from Orlando too. Just the other day the Shuttle boomed (boom-boom) o...

Very cool Coops ! The guy's a living legend! I would have been tempted to say, "Hey, where's your vest big guy?" ;) If you are watching "When We Left Earth" on the Discovery Channel you'll see Gene wearing the same vest he wore during his presentation; the Apollo XIII vest. When the presentation wa...

So you're a Magnum fan? Then what kind of car do you drive?

Show us what ya got! Me? 2002 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. I've been a Camaro/Firebird fan since I was 10 years old. This is m...

I don't see a problem at all with Joey not being mentioned an any earlier episodes. There are many family secrets and other things that don't go mentioned, Joey is TM's. It's obvisous he's never cared for Frank and has harbored dark thoughts about his childhood after his father passed away. Children...

What a lot of people fail to realise is how much the space program gave back in not just jobs but technologies. It was a huge mistake for Nixon to pull funding of the rest of the Apollo missions. That left NASA pretty much without a focus for 30 years. Since I live in the Clear Lake are, the home of...

Mr. Kranz & I
So last Thursday night I got to meet one of my hero's, Mr. Gene "Failure Is Not An Option" Kranz. This was a thrill that is indescribable. It was a surprise from my mother in law, she bought my wife and I tickets to the annual Lunar Rendezvous "movie night" and what did we get? One hour of Gene Kran...
