BTW, "Paniolo" is the only episode title shared by both Hawaii Five-O and MPI. However, IMO, Five-O's "Paniolo" is a fine season three episode, while MPI's is one to watch once and forget about...

I rated this an 8.5 because of Roger's convincing (pre-fight) performance, when he's giving Ron, Jr. heck about his father's integrity and struggles with his job. I would rank "Round & Round" even higher if the fight wasn't so dragged out (and obviously a stuntman). That fight made some of those Sel...

Inspired by Magnum, I recently got on a Fig Newton's kick, which I enjoy every so often anyway!

How Many Cut Episodes?

I've only recently started picking up the MPI DVDS and the only missing footage I've noticed so far (and it is detailed at Magnum-Mania already) is from "The Man From Marseilles." The rest of S5 appears complete. So, for this thread's sake, can anyone provide a list of the rest of the "incomplete" o...

Bienvenidos, Robin Master's Guest! My honeymoon (ten years ago) was spent in Madrid and it was indeed a thrill! I'm new here, too, and have enjoyed everyone's insightful and humorous comments.

Despite the fact that it's my username here, I rated "The Legacy of Garwood Huddle" a 7.5. I was always amused at the amount of times any given character said "Little Garwood"! Anyone else notice that it's a women's voice dubbed in for LG when Ratzenberger is trying to feed him?I'm sure you all have...

I gave this one a 7.0, which is being charitable. As for the DVD, the transfer on this one is subpar and I'm irked at the cut scene w/ Tanaka. Still, it's IMO the worst episode of S5 and one I barely remembered during the series' original run.

Don't know if this varies from store to store, but Target had S1 of Five-O for $19.99 this week. Made me want to buy it again!

You don't have to change your password. You can "simply" put in your existing password three times if you want. :? Why the forum software requires you to enter in your password at all (let alone three times) when making profile changes is beyond me. Unfortunately, I can't change it. There may be an...

Changing/Adding Profile Info

Whenever I go to change or add info to my profile, I must enter my password and then change it in order to, say, add an avatar or adjust my forum time. Is this necessary? Can it be changed without having to change one's password, as it is currently? Just a humble suggestion. Thanks for listening.

There were no copy machines so we had to make copies on a typewriter with carbon paper, no cell phones, iPods, Walkmans, MP3 players...there was only AM radio to listen to for music. (The Corvair had no radio in it.) Geez...it sounds so primitive now, even to me! :D :D LOL I have an obsession with ...

I'm "only" 36 and I LOVE all of those vintage Western shows! The Virginian is among my favorites, as is Bonanza, The Big Valley, Bat Masterson, et al. The Virginian had a great theme by Percy faith, too. Stoney Burke has a hard-core following, BTW. The WB shows with the exception of Maverick were pr...

Another of my Top 10 episodes. I voted it a 9.5...Father Paddy is a wonderful characterization and the scenes with him drinking and putting Irish Whisky in Higgins' decanter was priceless. The episode also has some inadvertent laughs, especially the "Hawaii as Ireland" scene, with the actors clearly...
