Magnum "Lost" Episode: Cheapshot
I shot an email to our fearless leader and administrator James, informing him that I won a script on eBay of an episode of Magnum PI, that was never produced. It is called "Cheapshot" and it is written by George Lee Marshall. James said that he is dying to know the storyline and would I write a syno...

I have known about complaints about the quality of the DVD's on Seasons 1-4 and I actually only own Season 2. I have watched all the DVD's at least 3 times and have not had a problem with them. I think the problems that people have had in the past with them is that the DVD's are burned on both sides...

I agree with you Shermy. They did deviate quite a bit from the book, but I think they did a good job. I don't think that there was any way they could have included all the sub-plots that were in the book in only 2 hours, well, it was actually 88 minutes. You get 22 minutes to devote to your show for...

FLUBS AND CONTINUITY ERRORS
I think I can shed some light on the subject of flubs and continuity errors. Back in the early 1980's almost no one had a VCR. You watched an episode one time and maybe you might see it one more time in reruns during the summer. By the time you saw the rerun, most of the episode flubs were forgotten...

You can see why Selleck ended up in so many Westerns however- he appears so comfortable around horses/horse riding gear... Dan, Right you are indeed. I wish you could read the interview with TS in my July 2005 issue of "Western Horseman" magazine. In it, he talks about his horses, which includes hi...

I clicked on your link grapeshot, and that sure was a blast from the past!! I am proud to say that I never missed an episode of Magnum. (I even watched them in reruns during the summer.) So up until 3 years ago I had seen each episode at least 2 times. Two years ago I became disabled and started wat...

I never thought Goldie was an actual former girlfriend of his, just someone that happened to tutor him in English Lit. in high school. Probably during the time of the tutoring she was active in civil disobedience-type activities on campus which as I remember, was popular during the late 60's. ______...

Wow, golfmobile you sure have put a lot of thought into the Magnum Movie and I wholeheartedly agree with you, now that I've read your comments. What you've come up with is as good or better than anyone in Hollywood would come up with, given their profit-driven movie scripts and poorly written episod...
