Sorry, I can only give you an incomplete answer. I thought the DVDs gave all the air dates, but they did for only one season, the 5th.

When I was in the process of buying the individual season DVDs, I bought them in season order, and watched the episodes in order also. When I got down to about the last few episodes of a season, I ordered the next season (from Amazon).

I'm afraid that without Mr. Bellisario in some kind of an advisory role (or someone else who was intimately involved with MPI) the people involved in this new project are going to screw it up. I hope not, but I'm expecting it (just look at Hollyweird's track record on things like this).
