It tells me that's when TV started going downhill (and just about everything else in the world).ConchRepublican wrote:

Nielsen ratings for Last 3 Years
Does anyone know the Nielsen ratings for seasons 6, 7 and 8? The Wikipedia article only says "not in top 30." I tried an internet search but came up empty.

Magnum on Cozi
Hi everyone,
I recently started to get Cozi TV. I'm just curious, do they cut out scenes to fit in more commercials like most other stations do?

Re: Question on the Complete Series DVD Set
Thanks everyone. I guess then it isn't worth buying the complete series set. However, I went back to Amazon and looked at the single season sets, and apparently the first few seasons are no longer being put on double-sided discs. I may just have to replace those seasons I have on those nasty double-...

Question on the Complete Series DVD Set
I just read a few of the comments on Amazon's page for the Complete Series DVD Set here . One person wrote that the Simon & Simon crossover episode is not included (but the Murder, She Wrote crossover is). Can anyone here verify this? I'd hate to shell out the money for this if true. (Who would want...

Thanks Luther's nephew Dobie & terryfromkerry. " The Little Black Book: Parts 1 and 2 ," Season 3, Episodes 16 & 17. I'm a bit disappointed though. It has been quite a while since I've seen these episodes, and in my memory "Max" & "Sid" walked the full length of the corridor to the phone booth. I wa...

I guess Magnum was the type not to judge a book by its [back] cover!SignGuyHPW wrote:
It also really baffled me that Magnum didn't know JB Fletcher was a woman, but was in the middle of a book that had her picture on the back cover.

The Higgins moment from Tropical Madness was also one of my favorites.

Perry Mason
I'm surprised that this show hasn't been mentioned before. I saw an episode a couple of weeks back that had Elisha Cook (Icepick, but I'm sure everybody already knows that) in it, "The Case of the Pint-sized Client." This show is great to watch because, even though you knew Perry Mason would win, yo...

Re: The Dukes of Hazzard
I watched this as a kid, but I don't think I'd watch it now. The show "jump" with Vance and Coy. After that it was never the same. I think the novelty would have worn off about the same time even if Schneider and Wopat didn't leave (temporarily). 308GUY wrote: Took them to a Waylon concert at Capita...
