I'm watching this episode over lunch, and it sure is fun watching Magnum exit that tiny Honda! haha

This is one of my least favorites. Cindy was one of those painful to watch characters. The only negative aspect overall in the entire series was the tendency to miscast the female guest stars in my opinion. There are a good amount of examples over the eight years. I know that was sort of the style on tv back then so I just made a note of the 20 or so episodes that don't do it for me.

On the other hand it was great to see Rosine here as she is always a joy to watch.

1.13 ALL ROADS LEAD TO FLOYD
Hawaiian shirts: 1
Island Hopper shirts:
Body Count:
Shirtless: 1
Little Voice:
I know what you’re thinking:
When I write HTBAWCPI:
Investigator corrections:
Magnum injuries:
Higgins musings:
4th wall breaks: 1
Negotiations:
Famous guest stars: 1 – half point each for Noah Beery and Red West.
Magnumometer: 4

The episode guide says that this is the debut episode for "I know what you're thinking..." but I did not catch it in the episode. I also have the downloaded subtitles, searched them for it, and did not find it. So I believe that one is an error.

The pyramid party was also a swingers party, right?

"I know what you're thinking" debuts in the next episode, Adelaide, as does the "little voice."

So-So episode for me.

I like when Seth Sakai is in anything.

The Ferrari bumper debacle is fun.

Knocking my rubber chicken or my sloppy habits is within the rules, but you're attacking my character. I would like to think you don't mean that.

That's Red West doing his own stunts in the scene though. He was a stuntman on The Wild, Wild West in the 60's.

I just realized that the cul-de-sac where this was filmed, was the same spot for the ambulance scene in the remake series season 1 ep. 1. Poipu Place, Honolulu.

I just watched this one and I thought of the photo in Frank's office, too. I'm pretty sure I've read that picture was taken of the sunrise the morning of the attack.

This episode is fun for some of the locations, TS in the tiny car, and some great fashion.

Potential flub: Around 17:40 when Bull leaves the bar, he takes his beer but leaves the shot on the bar! And this is just after he had bothered the bartender about not paying for his shot and beer because "where I come from, a shot and a beer is one drink."
"Rules are rules."
