30 for 30

#1 Post by KENJI »

Anyone watch this sports related show?
They have some great true stories to tell with even one episode narrated by Tom Selleck titled Elway to Marino.
If you enjoy sports you'll love this show.

GREAT SHOW!!! There was a recent new one about Bobby Knight and how Indiana U. pretty much let him get away with all his antics just for the sake of winning. They even had some newly discovered film of Knight choking a player.

Things like that really burn me. Locally my Alma Mater just dedicated the basketball court to the coach who won the school's only national championship some 25 years ago. No one seemed to remember that he had or had close to a zero graduation rate for many, if not most, of his seventeen years. Then to top it off when his career faded and he became subject to criticism he played the race card and accused the school of discrimination. The school fired him after he dared them to so then he sued and the court summarily dismissed his lawsuit and all of his discrimination claims. Just the kind of guy we should honor. [sarcasm]
