Alex truly did seem like a wonderful human being. I was a regular watcher of JEOPARDY for many years, going back to the Ken Jennings era of the early-to-mid 2000s. It simply won't be the same without him.

Rest in peace, Alex. You put up quite the fight late in your life.

Very sad . . . he put up quite a fight considering the diagnosis and it's amazing he was 80 years old, looked much younger.

These next couple of months of shows will be must watch.
