Elizabeth Lindsey (Kiki) TED Talk

#1 Post by Styles Bitchley »

Interesting to find out that one of the most attractive (IMHO) women to appear on Magnum transitioned from an actress into an anthropologist. You can see her TED Talk on the passing down of indigenous cultural knowledge through stories and lore.

She only had a brief part in Season 1's Lest We Forget...but she makes quite an impression.

Good find Styles !!

Well, from Magnum Pi to National Geographic Society this scholar/filmmaker (and former model) had made her way. very good example for all of us.

Now for the little trivia, i would say she always had the ability to put forward the best arguements. Sorry for this one, but it was compelling.

Edit: Since i am dearly shameful and found guilty for that pun...; here is a general link about her and her work especially concerning Hawaian native tribes.

Nice find! Not sure how that Wikipedia article calls her the first Polynesian explorer...that doesn’t make any sense.
