Who doesn't love Luther ? AKA Eugene Roche ... But the Writers made (probably intentionally) a mistake in his time-line of events ... (Hint- It was when Higgins and Blanche were "tied up" together, & had to do with his partner "Chuckie" RIP) ...
Anyway, a classic (my favorite) M-PI repeat character, with many quotable one-liners ...
