LOL! Shame its not an MPI episode. You can bet Higgins would come up with some ingenious method to water the avocados daily, despite the 4 year drought. No doubt he has done something similar several times while serving in her Majesty's forces in the colonies. :higgins:

Much ado about nothing . . . or was a Hollywood leading man targeted because of his "non-Hollywood" leanings? :magnum:

This was such a glaring example why the media and so many governmental entities have no clue how to follow simple research rules........Wonder how the whole Subway/ Jared investigation is going to pan out with the FBI involved (my guess with agents in hot dog shirts)

Good to hear! I was withholding judgement until I heard all the facts. The P.I. in this case is no Thomas Magnum, that's for sure. ;)

Hi Eltonsean,

Thanks for posting that great TS interview with the Manettis. I really enjoyed it. Larry mentions Joseph Cotton among the famous MPI guest stars but I think his memory understandably just faltered there. Joseph Cotton did appear in The Rockford Files but not MPI to my knowledge. Anyone else pick up on this ? :) :magnum:

Well, I can't personally remember any episodes of Joseph Cotton on "Magnum". I did a search for Joseph Cotton on IMBD and his "Rockford Files" credit was there, but nothing for "Magnum". I also looked up the full cast & crew list for "Magnum" on IMBD and Joseph Cotton was again not mentioned. So I agree, I think Larry had a little memory slip ;)

Is it just me, or does Larry Manetti's wife say Jesse Sloan instead of "Stone" at the 0:57 mark?

Haha, Jesse "Sloan" indeed. Oops! Something tells me she watches more Magnum than Jesse :)
