the K5 in the earlier episodes was soooo mint... it bugs me that they moved on to the S10 and then the jeep for the robin's nest utility vehicle :/ ahh well product placement?
They moved on to a Chevy Blazer S10? And then a Jeep? I guess that's in the later seasons? I thought the utility vehicle (the Jimmy) was only used a few times in the earlier seasons and then they dropped utility vehicles altogether.

EDIT: Wait, I do remember the Jeep Waggoneer in S3's "Basket Case".
I know the Jimmy was in Dream a Little Dream from season 4. I recall TM standing in front of it holding his client’s young daughter near the end.
You are correct sir...

This was also screen capped from the same episode identified as a Jeep Cherokee XJ. I believe it was mis identified.

sorry this thread went slightly off topic on cars/trucks! still appreciate that Higgins (aka Bondtoys) is making a run of hats!

here's the K5 (full size) Jimmy http://magnum-mania.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?t=2786
details on options/specs from a chevy forum I frequent: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/show ... p?t=628946
that thing was slick... my 88 k5 i drove in school is still kicking around at my parents house... grille swap & re-spray and i could cruise around in style (if gas prices drop)
just needs a soft top https://www.offroaddesign.com/catalog/p ... egory/542/

the later one is an S10/S15 https://www.imcdb.org/v329750.html
most people would just call it an S10 (since Chevy was S10) but technically the GMC was S15 (kinda like the K5 was a Jimmy or a Blazer but its the same thing) https://www.s10forum.com/threads/movie- ... t-10885050

i think in later episodes they went to a jeep cherokee (XJ) https://www.imcdb.org/v581020.html (this is mis-titled)

the king Kamehameha club had an actual Wagoneer that TM drove in one episode https://www.imcdb.org/v459597.html

I just wanted to pop back in and say that I recently purchased a hat from Higgins (AKA Bondtoys) and I couldn't be happier with it. It looks just like it does on the show and I plan to make it my new everyday hat.

If you're still on the fence about getting one, I say go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Well played, with regard to the image above from "Paper War"! I'd try to add something along those lines, but I'm no match.

Hi all,

I just wanted to say that I bought one of these caps from Higgins (AKA BondToys) and it is incredible. I'm extremely satisfied with it and have had several folks compliment it out in public--though I doubt they got the reference. It's definitely worth the price and Higgins was a delightful fellow to speak with via email correspondence. :)

My son just purchased a Get Wet cap with the pink logo on the sides from Downing Hawaii. He had a great experience with Downing, and said their customer service is top notch. Their website was down at the time, so he called them and ordered the cap by phone. It arrived on the East Coast just a few days later.

It looks like this one Downing posted on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/p/CreVyTwOHHp ... FlZA%3D%3D

I ordered a Downing logo snapback in tiger stripe camo a couple of years ago, and had a great experience with them as well. Highly recommend.

Cheers!
