That patch looks good. If the blue in the patch matches the blue on the cap no one will ever notice. Mose embroidering places would charge a fortune to digitize the D, if they'll even do it. It is (I'm sure) copyrighted.
I was able to find these if it helps.

Everybody wear your Tigers caps on Tuesday, as the Tigers play the Twins in a 1-game tiebreaker playoff game for the AL Central title (and the right to enter the postseason, loser goes home)! I'll be pullin' for 'em.
I know someone who will be leaving work early on Tuesday. Isn't that right Doc?

Higgins: It's not a scratch! It's a bloody gouge!

What! A good old fashioned day game?? I thought that wasn't allowed because of network ratings.James J. Walters wrote:I know someone who will be leaving work early on Tuesday. Isn't that right Doc?
Of course this changes nothing between us. I still expect you to respect the rules and regulations pertaining to your stay on the estate. There will be no wild parties, no outragous liberties, no unauthorized overnight guests...

If not, I'm gonna book a conference room with a plasma screen and have a "meeting"
James, for obvious reasons, I just can't get on that bandwagon. There will be no Tigers memorabilia worn by me or my family tomorrow.James J. I am not too sure about the size of the fitted hat.
My head circumference is 58.5 centimeters (about 23 inches).
According to this chart my cap size should be 7 3/8 but I own a 7 3/8 hat and I feel it a little tight.
On the other hand, I've never tried a 7 1/2, so I don't know how that would fit.
What do you think?
Should I go for a 7 1/2 or stay with the 7 3/8?

What a game! WOW! Tigers played great. Twins played pretty great.James J. Walters wrote:6-5 Twins in 12! Magnum's hating life right now!
Tigers lead the AL Central all year, then blow a 7-game lead in the last month of the season! Ugh, sports can be painful.
I hope Joe Mauer and the Twins crush the Yankees!
I would have been happy either way.
*turns on magnum voice*
I know what you're thinking: Twins don't have a shot in h*ll to beat the Yankees. You're probably right.
But my little voice is telling me this streak the Twins have been on and with as much fan support as they've been getting this last season in the metrodome just might make things special.
I'm expecting a loss tomorrow night though. It will be a tough game.
But here's hoping!
