Nice to hear they will be including the crossover, and at least a couple of extras. But I wonder if this means the syndicated version of Novel Connection won't be released on dvd? (If so, it really was a bonus when the S&S episodes were released early with Season 1.)

OK, so I'm a bit confused......

So there are 5 discs?

Disc 1 will be Magnum, Disc 2 the MSW crossover, Discs 3-4 are Magnum, then 5 is Top Sleuths?

Don't get me wrong, I actually LIKE these extras as they're better than the "next season preview" episodes we've been getting (or the 2nd season A team and Knight Rider eps we got in Season 2).

But, doesn't that disc order just seem a bit odd?

Why wouldn't they do discs 1-3 as Magnum, 4 as MSW/Ulitmate Crossover, and 5 as Top Sleuths.

Are we going back to the double-sided ones?

Trust me, I'm drooling over getting it, but I have some questions about this

Sigh.

Never mind.

Did some research and found out that they're 5-single sided ones.

I'm sure 2 and 5 have an extra "bonus materials" menu not available in 1, 3 and 4.

And, I'll bet that Novel Connection is either the last ep on disc 2, so it would make sense to have the crossover on that disc as well (for continuity's sake).

So much for blasting out freaky-deaky posts!

LOL

What a bizarre situation it would be if the syndicated version of "Novel Connection" is not included in the Season Seven DVD. Then, in order to watch the syndicated version, you would have to go out and buy the Season Three DVD of Murder, She Wrote, which mistakenly included the syndicated version, instead of the open-ended original broadcast version! :?

Lets storm Universal!

I would honestly think they could do both versions.

On the actual disc (as the actual episode), do the syndicated version.

Then, on the bonus disc, have both original episodes!

I REALLY wish they could have included the original version of Limbo on here as a bonus too.
