About a year ago I registered an account over at the Lego Ideas platform. In case you never heard of it: people can suggest their own ideas for future Lego sets. If you gain enough community supporters within a certain amount of time and the Lego group considers it a suitable idea they will turn it into a real and official set that you can buy. How awesome is that?!
So far most sets from the newsletter they send didn’t really float my boat – but not this time. A member called “ThomasW” is trying to get a Magnum P. I. set made and I think he did a great job putting it together. Obviously he already tried in 2016 (found an older topic) and didn’t reach enough attention. Now he’s giving it another go with minor improvements.

Instead I’m an avid supporter of the set and want to help the guy get it made so I can have it and put it on my desk at work!!!
