Just have been watching "out of sync".
This is the second time that I know that we can see Magnum's Rolex with the crown unlocked.
For those who don't know:
Rolex have a lock-on winding crown and only in the locked position, it's really waterresistent, so, usually the watch looks like that when worn:
I have heard that between takes, Selleck removed the watch and got it re-set so that the displayed time would make sense for continuity. Obviously the person in charge did not bother to put the crown back into the proper position:

I've been watching The Equalizer on DVD. I had to chuckle when I saw Control (Robert Lansing) wearing the very same watch as Magnum!
