Magnum P.I. Lego Cuusoo

#1 Post by J.J. Walters »

Ladies and gentleman, I give you... Lego Magnum P.I.! :)

Image

Someone has created a Magnum P.I. Lego concept on Lego Cuusoo, a really good one I might add. Lego Cuusoo is a website which "allows users to submit ideas for Lego products to be turned into potential sets available commercially". Anyway, the guy (Legorevival) did a really good job. To see this as an actual Lego set would be incredible!

Here is the website: http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/49834# . Click the 'Support' button if you like it. ;)

Wonder what the retail will be?

Gotta have the 308.... :magnum:

Would make a novel collectable, but the commercial appeal would be to "us" as it's doubtful any kids of the age playing with Leggo's is gonna have any idea who the characters are. Mmmmmm....could be an interesting lead in to a new movie....and all the marketable merchandise now associated with them. :) I guess it could also prove to be the tool that introduces MPI to a whole new generation!

We need a Higgins smiley!

Legorevival did an excellent job!

Very cool!

I like how Higgy looks defeated and T.C. is smiling. Although it looks like TM brought his angry eyes with him. :)

Looks like a great set . . . glad someone went through the effort!!!

More pics can be found on his Flickr page: http://www.flickr.com/photos/legorevival/

I told him that the only thing I would change is to add a belt to T.C.'s pants, because we all know he was fond of wearing suspenders and belts at the same time. LOL! We'll see if he adds it.

I think Mags needs some hair on the sides of his cap (if that's possible with Lego).

Looks great!

I would also hope that Rick's shirt has the little "straps" on the shoulders that he seemed to always have on the show.

Hi Guys,

I know James posted this already, but I actually missed this clip in the original post and it's so brilliant I thought just in case somebody else missed it here it is.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGh_7mXGTzE
It's worth watching again anyways!
