And no, that's not my tat . . . I think Tom's going to look a lot like William Conrad when this arm gets old and flabby!

hmmmm if I had to guess that one I would have said more Burt Reynolds. It's good, but I don't think they captured Tom Selleck quite right, not sure what it is....

Yeah...it's mostly Tom, but I think it has Burt's mouth and 'stache. Otherwise, the colouring and detail is amazing for a tat. I wonder if it's actually a tattoo or just drawn on.

I admire the fan's dedication to our show, personally I'll wear the Hawaiian shirt and a tigers hat, but no ink for me - thank-you very much!
The tattoo is not quite right (eyes and teeth are wrong).........Kat Von D would've nailed that tat!! Thanks for sharing!

I stick to watching the show. I'm not a tat person. I do admire the guys loyalty to the show though.

I am not into tattoos either.
That one looks very good but, as said, there is something wrong with Tom.
I can't tell exactly what, it looks like Magnum but it is not Magnum.

However, since you're discussing my tattoo here, I thought I'd post.

Conch - you're completely wrong on the body part the tattoo is on. Its on my leg.

Styles - yes, it's a real tattoo

Welcome Cookie. Talk about bad-ass dedication! I think you've got us all beat when it comes to commitment to Magnum - or just Selleck in general.

Hi guys - thank you for the welcome!

Sam: The photo it's taken from is:

The image has been rotated round slightly to fit better onto my leg - in the photo he's leaning out at an angle and the photo was rotated so that it makes best use of the room on my skin. It looks like it might have been taken at the same time as the image you've shown, though.

Styles: I'm not trying to best anyone! :D I don't know all the episodes and I'm not up on all the ins-and-outs....I just like the show a lot. I have other tattoos, and they're very good and I like them, but I wanted a piece that just made me smile, reminded me of good things, and perhaps not to take stuff too seriously....and that just had to be a Magnum tattoo :).
