My uncle was telling me about a private race track in France owned by a man named Pierre Bardinon who at one point owned one of the biggest Ferrari collections in Europe. He had it built so he had a place to try out all of his cars without the hassle of the police stopping him for speed violations. When Pierre isn't using it, he rents it out to car/motorcycle clubs etc. and that is where my uncle got the chance to try it out in his Lotus. He said the place is beautiful and was totaly envious of this guy, who at anytime can walk from his chateau, hop in a Ferrari (take your pick) and "go play in his backyard". This guy lives like Robin Masters that is for sure!!
The track is called Le Mas Du Clos and if you Google it, you will find numerous results, some on Youtube where people are going around the track.
