I believe he meant each time that this is one of three hats up for auction, meaning in each item description he's referring to the two other caps.

Thanks for the compliments James. Most appreciated.

Ya, I figured that....

I just realized that he says that he only ships to the US so I just contacted him. If he won't, then I won't be able to get the hat unless someone down there gets it for me and I'd reimburse them. I'll see what he says and email a few friends down there.....

Thanks to only looking mentioning two more episodes where the camo hat appeared, I added them to the collage. Both happen to be the same design of the one on ebay, so that makes four episodes where we know that design appeared. The two screenshots in the upper right are the new ones...

I'd love to get in on that cap but with a day to go, I'm sure it will easily go over $200 and possibly reach $250 before it's done. Last minute bids and so on...

My wife would kill me.

I know. I think my wife would be pretty pissed as well if I dropped that amount of money on a Magnum hat. She didn't seem to mind the $25 I spent to make my own SEAL hat.

Ya, they've all gone up a lot this past day, and with the poor exchange rate up here..................

It's already at around $400 USD. The camo hat is nearly $700, but the seller told me this has happened before. His father was a prop manager throughout the show.

The D-Cap just finished at $440. I wasn't that far away, but that would have been a lot considering the very poor CDN dollar and shipping and custom costs........

Sigh :(

Will pay 1000$ for the Camo cap to Buyer on ebay

#43 Post by Magnum P.I. »

Hi All,

I am just missed the auction. I am willing to pay 1000$ to the buyer of the ebay auction for the camo cap. I am also willing to pay a comission of 100$ to a person who can solicit the deal.

Thanks

As you'll see in posts below, Sam, Rubber Chicken and I have found spacific episodes where this particular hat appears.
For anyone looking for the SEAL cap, this is the holy grail, the actual first one worn by TM in the show.

I'd buy this one myself in a heartbeat, but being unemployed for 6 months has me it a huge disadvantage. I'm disappointed beyond belief that I can't bid on it, but I think someone from M-M should get it.

This seller is also selling the away Detroit Tigers cap worn in "Squeeze Play", and the Sherlock Holmes hat from the hat rack, but the seal cap is the one that jumped out and grabbed me.
