Boy you're right, it's hard to find a good full-body shot of Magnum that has his feet! This is the best one I've found so far (and with large feet!)...

Walt, I stumbled across a missing injury. "Little Girl Who" - Magnum is hit by a car; he had minor facial lacerations and probably suffered a bruised pelvis. Oh, and he also had his heart broken (again) by Michelle.
