Are the comic gifs harder to do?

I've never made an animated gif in that comic book style. It is a little more time consuming. You would need a scene that isn't too "cluttered" to make it look right. Here's a quick modification of a gif I've already made:



It's a bit rough.

With a still pic (like the one I did in the comic book thread) it's a lot easier to go in and tweak things. With an animated gif, I would have to do the same modifications to multiple frames.
