New bumper sticker idea.

For all non-episode specific topics about the show, including MPI-related "tie-ins"

New bumper sticker idea.

Yesterday I decided I wanted this quote on the back of my work truck. I really didn't like the first design I came up with, which I posted yesterday, so I redesigned it. This is what I came up with. It's actually pretty easy to make waterproof vinyl decals with a standard ink jet printer, and I've ordered the materials to do it.

I'm going to compare costs of making them myself to having them made online.

I think its cool as it is but I also would like it with the colors reversed. T.C.'s stripes will be cooler still! Either way I like, great job!

I'm interested in some of these. I tend to like the black background. Very cool looking!

They'll be cheaper if I print them with my ink jet, however the black background ones will use up a lot of black ink. Plus I have to experiment with them to see what the quality is like.

Oh man, these are awesome! I liked the original black on yellow, but the yellow on black works real well. I think the Island Hoppers design is a little cluttered.

I think there's potential for a few others as well.

"Time has little to do with infinity, and jelly donuts"

"Did you see the sunrise?" with a Hawai'ian sunrise background . . .

"I know what you're thinking" . . .

I LOVE the MPI ovals! I'm not a bumper stick guy normally, but I'm thinking I'm in for these. Let us know how you proceed!

I was looking for the MPI font.
There's one around but it doesn't look exactly as the one used on the show.
The best matching font seems to be Serpentine Sans ICG Bold Oblique.
Does anybody here happen to have this font?
"Zeus, Apollo, get out of my Ferrari!"
"Mr. Masters' Ferrari"

That's the one I used on the bumper stickers.
I downloaded it just the other day. It's readily available free online. Just google it.
