Oh, and I will also try downing some "Old Duseldorf" like TS did in his full on depressed mode after Mac's death!

Dec.11, 1980 Thursday - I was 25 years old and I remember the premier. I will turn 56 (!) this month and OMG it really was that long ago. The show was great!

I had a brass bed headboard that I bought when I graduated from college and moved to Michigan for my first real job. In 1980 my mustache was four years old and since my whiskers grew slowly it finally started looking decent. I'd also been married for two years and our daughter would not be born for another 5 years.

Yes... it really was 30 years ago.

My office sent me away to work in a tropical beach resort over the week. Unfortunately, I'll have to work over MPI day so I can't participate. On the bright side, I'll be surrounded by palm trees and sandy beaches. :D

And I forgot I drove a red Dodge O24 with a stick shift and a four cylinder engine. No Ferrari, but its what we could afford! :-)

Let us take you back to those thrilling days of yesterday...

^ ^ Yeah I've been checking my local ESPN listing hopefully for last few weeks, but looks like they won't be showing it in Australia.

Happy 30th Anniversary Mr. Magnum!

Tonight I'm gonna watch the pilot to celebrate, hoping to re-watch the entire series on a daily basis.

The great day has arrived! Cold beer on the beach is my plan. Sun is out and the palm trees are rustling. Back to the snow tomorrow. But today, I'm Magnum P.I.!

'Magnum P.I.' Cast: Where Are They Now?

Roger Mosely just posted this on his facebook page. The article is in recognition of the 30th anniversary.
