Re: Season 2 Episode 15: Say Hello to Your Past (2.15)

I‘ve very much enjoyed this episode, particularly the Kumu storyline. I may put my image as a non- critical Reboot-Fanboy at risk, but Milo(w)‘s monologues have been far too long. And the plug for the Toyota Supra was too obvious and got annoying after half. We should name this episode the Supra-sh...

Re: Hawaii Five-0 (2010)

Wo Fat wasn't really Doris' son, but she had sort of adopted him for a while. If I remember right, she had killed his mother and felt some guilt over it. The way the ending was written made Doris out to be more of a mercenary than anything else. She was only in the whole thing for money instead of ...

Re: Hawaii Five-0 (2010)

I thought they might have filmed two versions of the scene on the plane. One with Cath and one without in case the show was renewed and Alex decided to return. The whole thing was disappointing and reminded me a lot of the end of JAG that came at the last minute and had to be re-written and re-edit...

Re: Hawaii Five-0 (2010)

So the finale was last night. I thought it was rushed and sloppy. Did anybody else watch? I did watch and think it ill go down as one of the biggest letdowns in series finals. I did hear that it was shot before Alex decided he wasn't coming back so it as going to be just this seasons final, thus Ca...

Re: The Tom Selleck Thread

I just saw that new member 80s Big Hair (welcome! :D ) just posted The Chinese Typewriter (thanks!). I've been meaning to post this... it's "Bunco", the failed pilot with TS & Robert Urich from 1977. Maybe some of you have seen it but I hadn't so thought I'd post it... something else to watch for t...

Re: Inside the Eve Anderson Estate

Wow eagle, great pics! They definitely look like the brochure's photos... in this video I see one that you have that I don't have: https://youtu.be/g7baRT5A0Gs I couldn't remember where I got mine so I did a search and see that in 2018 I posted that I "copied them from a newspaper article that ran ...

Re: Magnum, P.I. to Hallmark channel!

I am disappointed by the cuts and sped up/trimmed down intro but I mostly keep the show on in the background while working or getting things done. I have been caught a few times going, "wait, that's not what happens next!" but I do love the HD quality. It's better than the HD import Blueray's a got...

Re: Inside the Eve Anderson Estate

My first trip to Oahu was in 1987, the show was still being filmed but had no idea where the Estate was, heck I even drove by it twice without knowing when I rented a Jeep to explore the Island (I couldn't afford the insurance price to rent a 308 GTS that were around Honolulu at the time). Thank goo...

Hi Guys, If you want to get your Selleck fix, try this. Comcast has started running the Z Living network, 1495 on your "dial". I bring this up because on Tuesday, January 21 at 8:00 pm they are running the Tom Selleck movie "The Concrete Cowboy"(1979). I have been waiting for years for this flick t...

Re: What is going on in Day I met The Devil?

Can he at least shave? Paddy, I think it's more important to the producers that Jay has the "cool look" with the week old beard that they believe appeals to the female demo and others than to be realistic in the portrayal of a Navy officer. Well I say to Lenkov, "Hello McFly!" the week old stubble ...
