What a great episode, one of my favourites. I remember watching this the first time, and just constantly changing my opinion regarding Higgins being Elmo or not. Great stuff

Wow I'm speechless, having watched almost 7 seasons so far, this was the worst so far, just awful in so many ways... And you guys loved it???? Maybe this show isn't for me anymore.

While this episode did have a lot of awesome one liners, especially from Higgins, IMO it was just a little too much with all the shooting and killing. It felt like an Arnold movie at times, with Magnum just mowing down guys running into the fire like headless chickens, without getting touched by a b...

WOW, people have very different opinions on this one! I personally voted it "not so good".
One beef I really have with this episode: Whatever happened to the TC/Rick sidestory about the property??
Also, how did the syndicated version of MPI wrap this up??? Could anybody please explain??

Just wanted to throw in my take on the whole "Higgins is Masters" thing. I think is it not any extreme, Higgie is not Robin, nor is Robin just a doll or a strayman for Higgins' writing. I think Robin IS Robin, but Higgins helps him alot whith all the legal stuff etc., plus probably also the writing ...

I "only" rated this one a 9 for excellent. While definately great, there where a few too many plot holes/open ends for my taste. But apart from that, I actually found this one very good, despite the throwaway meanwhile-in-Hawaii storyline and the sometimes weird pacing.

Some silly stuff here, especially the already mentioned part where Eric falls in the water after he is shot, and nobody cares. Not even his fiance wants to check on him

Once again I somewhat don't agree with the majority here, as I thought this one was just awful. Dull, moody, depressive and as I've already said elsewhere on this great board, I hate all the clairvoyant/dreamy/supernatural/whatever stuff.

I didn't like this one much and the ending was stupid. It's so dumb all this stuff where Magnums doesn't want the money he's rightfully entitled to. Even if he don't feel like he needs them himself, he's still an a-hole to his friends since he could have used the money to pay them what he owes them ...
