Re: Mad Dogs and Englishmen (6.14)

Although far fetched, I liked this ep. The shootout at the end was pretty cheesy, A-Team style indeed. I loved the end with the lads jumping on the bed with Higgins. One other thing about the hot wiring scene, after he drives to his destination, how did he shut the engine off? It looked like he just...

Re: Did You See the Sunrise? (2) (3.2)

I hated the cover version of "Satisfaction", I wish they would have used the original song. Maggie was a hottie in her Navy uniform. This one thing that always irritated me. They rarely used original songs throughout the show. They had to have been making money so I saw no reason why they didn't pa...

Re: Ki'i's Don't Lie (3.3)

Just watched the syndicated version. I was a big fan of S&S as well, so I liked this ep and the original crossover. This ep was sssooooo 80's. Branscombe Richmond.... wow what a filmography. I challenge you to find any TV show or action movie from the 80's that he was NOT in. This guy, although all ...

Re: Did You See the Sunrise? (2) (3.2)

TM was completely justified in killing Ivan. The government knew who Ivan was, so they weren't going to pursue his killer. And TM knew that if he let Ivan go, he would probably attempt to assassinate more people, including President Reagan. So I have no issues with him shooting an unarmed man. The p...

Re: One More Summer (2.17)

I am a huge football fan, so this is one of the more memorable eps for me. It was pretty good, but any sports scenes are always a challenge for filming. Very few films or shows can make sports look authentic, especially football. Obligatory Dick Butkus guest starring role in a football ep. And Pat M...

Re: Italian Ice (2.16)

Pretty good ep. Crazy that Mark Tuinei had a cameo here before he became an NFL star. Other good guests are the well known Mimi Rogers, and the actress that played Katrina is memorable as Tina in Jaws 2.

Despite all the mistakes, I liked this ep a lot. I turned my brain off and just found it entertaining.

Re: The Woman on the Beach (2.3)

I like this ep a lot. Funny scenes with Rick getting stood up and the guys laughing about it. Also love the digging scene and the ending with Vulgarian Visigoth and the woman on the beach...I remember seeing this ep when I was a kid, and I wanted a pair of low-top Pumas like TM's soooooo bad. Funny ...

Oh, also, I kept trying to remember where I had seen Margret Colin before, she was a hottie... I had to look it up though. She was in Independence Day!

Re: Legend of the Lost Art (8.10)

I remember hating this episode when I watched it originally. Watched some of it again this morning and still don't like it. They were really reaching by the time the show ended a few episodes later. I get the whole Raiders parody thing, but its just not funny to me. Also, there is only one Indiana J...

Re: Unfinished Business (8.8)

Just skimmed thru all the comments and there are some interesting opinions and observations. Ill make a few too. I liked the opening between TM and Higgins with the grocery list, pretty funny. It would be easy for Ki to film from a jail cell, I mean there all kinds of illegal things going on in jail...

Re: Unfinished Business (8.8)

MPI is kind of like golf for me. A few really bad shots (episodes), some just ok shots, and then you stripe that perfect drive or pure that 7 iron to within feet of the flag. Well this episode is one of those great shots. I remember this episode from the first time I saw it, but re-watching it today...

Re: Tigers Fan (8.4)

Really good episode for me. I like thqat the writers have the courage to kill off such a likable character, but I was sad to see Tanaka get killed like that. I believe he and TM had an underlying mutual respect for each other's investigative skills, plus the fact that he left behind a sister and a y...
