Re: Other Actors / Guest Stars
Tomorrow I will watch debut's episode of Ice Pick in original. Recently I did the same with Tanaka and Nuzo. And I watched a few other episodes including two episodes with Michelle's debut, and episode 2.05. Earlier I saw only about 10 episodes of the original Mangum P.I. Does a different actor pla...

Re: Misc. MPI Newspaper Articles
I'm not a history buff, but this clipping makes me have to ask - did 99.9% of the American male population flee the country during the Carter administration? I don't see how there could be any other explanation for some of the names on this list.

Fritiz Weaver, the actor who played Cooly, was born in 1926. So he was old enough to have served in WW2.

Re: Dog names
Sir Algernon Farnsworth?
What does this dog look like? I've googled a bit and there seems to be a couple of varieties. Is this one mainly white, or mainly brown? Just curious. I've never seen this type of dog before, i don't think.

You could just call him Rover. Only you would know that it is secretly short for Lunar Rover.
Why Maverick? Just sound cool, or are you a fan of the old tv show?

This wouldn't have been a problem if Magnum had driven a DeLorean.

Re: Magnum P.I. quotes you still use in everyday conversatio
HAHA I was born and raised in East Tennessee and we say some pretty off the wall things. Like the pronunciation of oil and such. Y'all is def plural for you. people here say I seen it or even better, seent it, a lot instead of I saw it. It reminds me of Magnum and Billy Joe saying ING, I..N..G lol ...

Re: MM Poll - Would You Watch an Episode of the MPI Reboot?
I probably won't watch. l haven't watched a network tv show in over a decade. As I've said before, I don't have high hopes for the reboot, but maybe if the long time fans here rave about it I might give it a shot.

I doubt there is a Mac character. Between Hergins' MI6 connections and Rick's underworld ties think the "guy Magnum goes to for info" role is covered.
