Re: Fragments (5.6)
After watching this one again i asked myself why Magnum never wore the ballistic vest again. He had many more sketchy encounters where it would have been just as useful but he never wore it again.

Re: All For One (1) (5.15)
haha I concur on the kids, perhaps Robins jet picked them up? And the way I took it was Higgins read between the lines on TM 's lie about Maui. The look they give each other right before the scene ends where they retreat for the night tells me they both knew.

Re: All For One (1) (5.15)
Just watched this episode again the other night. Excellent display of the bond these men shared. I noticed something though this time around I hadn't before, I think Higgins Paternal role was the main reason he went. Of course he was a distinguished war veteran and even had England's version of the ...

The difficulty would be releasing the clutch and pushing the throttle at the same time. either foot would present a problem. I hate driving my MR2 after leg day at the gym because I'm afraid I'll pop the clutch on a hill lol.

Re: In Country: Place and Historical Connection in Magnum PI
I agree with that for sure! I think someone on the reboot topic mentioned that they should've done a show similar to Magnum with the new cast and set it in the southwest somewhere. That would have been much more fitting.

Re: Looking for a cheaper alternative to the Pepsi GMT?
I have had my Invicta for 2 years now and put it through hell it keeps going no problem! automatic so no batteries and it looks great! I have dove with it to 30 meters its still water proof, and its survived being lost in my truck floor board for 2 months in the winter. Highly recommend the Invicta....

Re: In Country: Place and Historical Connection in Magnum PI
As a GWOT veteran I agree and disagree. I agree that the connection would never be the same as the original in the locality similarities or cultural feel. I agree that the politics and motivations for the current conflicts are much different than back then and the patriotism the country has as a who...

Re: 1911
I would have really loved to see the new Colt MarSoc edition of the 1911, desert tan G10 grips and a rail for a light if needed. And SEALs work very closely with marsoc so it wouldn't have been to big a stretch, although since im not partaking in the reboot nonsense I guess it doesn't much matter.

Re: Magnum’s Age
Big part of Magnum was also that he was mid-30s and hit 40 in Season 7. There was a lot to the character that dealt with the conflict with staying a big kid and growing up and maturing. Something else lost with the casting of a kid in the new role. Just musing. lol he looks like a kid but he is act...
