Such a sad day. Mr. Borgnine, Ernie as he would have insisted you call him, has passed away at age 95. He was one of my all-time favorites. He had a long, full life, but his passing still packs a powerful sting. RIP to a great actor, and a great man.

Where did you ever find a painting of the tidal pool? I would love to have that minus the ring and lettering to hang in the house. Not that I don't like the ring and lettering

Thanks aren't necessary. I was a little pissed that the argentina seller took my hand drawn logo, and used it to flece Downing, and MPI fans. I just hope all works out.

The original ones that TM wore were not fitted. They had the adjustable strap. Since Mr. Downing is trying to locate the original blanks, I would assume that if he does reissue the cap (fingers crossed) they too will be adjustable.
