I'm always sad when I get to Resolutions. It's not that I dislike the episode, it's that I know it means I'm at the end of the series.

To completes another run through the series for me. I'll take a break, and then start another run sometime in the next year.

I had a realization today:

If I had to go down to one and only one watch, it would be this Momentum SQ30. If I had to go down to one watch, I would swap this strap for an oyster bracelet or a NATO style strap.

I am super impressed with this Momentum SQ30.

Finally got my shirt washed and dried today, and boy is it soft! Fits great, and very comfortable. It's definitely going into the rotation!

I have been wearing mostly this watch since I got it, but I have also worn my Apple Watch a little too. The more I wear this Momentum watch, the more I like it. I don't know the hot water/coffee mug trick, but I think I can guess: wrap the strap around a coffee mug, and pour hot water into it, and repeat several times... is that it? And, maybe I misspoke... the name-brand Tropic Strap is softer than the tropic-style strap that ...

Got my Momentum SQ30 yesterday, and ... wow... This is pretty awesome. Some initial thoughts: 1- The genuine Tropic strap seems much nicer than this one. This tropic-style strap feels like hard rubber compared to the my name-brand Tropic strap, so I'll swap it out at some point for my name-brand one...

I'm catching up some -- I recently watched "Distant Relative," and today, "Limited Engagement" earlier, and now "Letter to a Duchess." All enjoyable episodes. Maybe I'll squeeze in "Squeeze Play" too, and be caught up.

I skipped Seiko because early on I was completely anti-quartz. At one point I decided I wanted a beater, so I got a Mathey-Tissot GMT (batman), and at this point I have a few quartz watches. I should get a Seiko -- they do have some nice diver watches... and, I agree -- they would work well for Magn...

Yeah, I just have literally never liked Jubilee bracelets (don't like the way they look). Oyster only for me, if a bracelet. I also have some NATO-style straps that I like, and the Tropic Strap of course. I don't fault others who like them, I just don't like them.

I just got the black tropic strap with mine. It will be identical to my Chronosport.
