"One More Summer" is one I'd offer. I love the bits with TM actually playing football and/or interacting with the other football players, particularly his conversation with the "keecker". That part is priceless.

In "Blind Justice" there was a Corvette, and I believe it was red, but it was driven by a woman who humiliates TM at a stop sign while he's in his Jaguar. That, and the one in "Legacy From A Friend" I believe are the only two episodes that a Corvette appears. A Corvette appears in the pilot episode...
