However, I'm really ambivalent about this. I know TS always wants to earn money, but orange juice commercials (okay), RV commercials (okay but starting to look at little . . . .), INFOMERCIALS (desperate!!). This guy should have plenty of money, really. What the heck is going on? JMO golf I was sur...

Well I am a bit naïve, sadly…. I did think it ended with the kiss, however the next morning TM does have to wake her up (if I had just slept with him I would sleep like the dead too). Also he does say ‘Last night doesn’t change anything’. This leads me to another question.... Does he sleep with Dig...

Wow - that's interesting. I haven't seen it. Normally, I would take participating in an infomercial is a real sell-out, but I think that Tony Robbins and his whole philosophy has probably helped a lot of people. My guess is that TS has benefited from Tony Robbins work he wouldn't have done it. Hi a...

I just saw this infomercial the other night (actually at 5:00am..prime infomercial time!). I must say Tom was looking rather Magnum-like with his khaki pants, loafers with no socks while sitting on the deck of Tony's Figi resort (looked just like Hawaii!). My first thought actually was...this man ne...

Layne, Thanks for the links! The first article seemed to imply that CBS is interested in a weekly series (Yea!!), but it also seemed rather iffy. I wonder if one of the hold-ups is the "rights" that would have to be paid to Robert B. Parker for the use of the Jesse Stone characters and scenario. Pe...

Love the blog! Love all the details you add! Here are a few thoughts I had... It doesn't get any better than having lunch with Michael who worked on MPI, watching a vintage MPI tape with never been seen footage of Frank Sinatra and Carol Burnett while in a Kmart in Oahu while shopping for golfballs!...

I really did not like this episode at all. Can't say I hated it because...well, you know. It's Magnum! I think the only 2 things I liked about this one were... Magnum wearing a lavender shirt. Nice color on him. lol And Higgins after realizing Magnum may be trapped in the burning funhouse turning ar...

Thanks so much for posting that clip! That's the beginning of the episode 2 weeks ago that I missed. I got the whole episode on DVR except for the first few minutes! I was so upset...hard to follow the rest of the show when you miss that crucial opening scene! This is one of my favorite shows. I'm r...

I laughed at some of those comments on that website. I was surprised most of them were on the favorable side. People can be really nasty on there, but for the most part he seems well liked (very, very!) by lots of women. I think it's mostly good genes but I do wonder if he's had anything done on the...

It was just a rumor evidently started by The National Enquirer. No dancing for Tom this season.

Wow. I agree with SL. What a diva Ms. Landsbury was! Wouldn't want to work a few minutes past 6:00pm just to finish a scene with Tom Selleck!

Thanks for the story James and golf...but now I'm dying to hear more!

I agree he deserves an award for the series, however I thought 'Sea Change' was the weakest performance of the series, and he didnt win. He should have been nominated for 'Stone Cold', then he would have won. I miss my man! Agreed. "Sea Change" had the weakest storyline. "Stone Cold" was my f...

Re: Jesse Stone Movies

Parker’s characters, dialogue and plots aside, the chief reason for the movies’ success is Selleck, who has delivered consistently exceptional performances as Jesse Stone. He got an Emmy nomination for Best Actor in a miniseries or movie for the most recent adaptation, Sea Change, but lost out to R...
