Really sad to hear that. He sent me a signed photo and letter on his personal letterhead a few years ago at Christmas. Seemed like such a nice guy in real life.

I found this one on eBay. It needs a polish, but the insignia seems about the right size (bolted on, too).

Definite: dye-job on the hair
Probably: nose job (the nostrils don't seem as wide)
Iffy: botox around the eyes (but, he's not smiling in photo #2, so it's hard to tell)
