Regarding Aloha Magnum..... I finally found an affordable used copy of Larry's book - like $20. It was actually signed. I read it end to end in one sitting, and while I was hoping for more of a look into the show, it was still ok. You have to search really hard to find a copy that isn't over priced....

I started watching every episode again, in order and have noticed some "things" I never saw before.

So Magnum sprains his right foot, but can't use the clutch? (Only the clutch in cars is used with the left foot).

I like this episode even with the little flubs that no one really would notice the first time.

However, the entire plot is goofy. Why not just call ahead and have Magnum drive the tapes to the airport? Why all the cloak and dagger? Or better yet, why not have them shipped to where ever?
